HeadTracker - Recruitment Software

HeadTracker a web application developed with Java J2EE technology (known for its scalability and robustness). It's installed on one machine in the network and accessed by all the users using purely their browsers. The idea is to build a company-wide repository of the recruitment data over time, giving more and more dividends out of the investment.
