Acism Software Private Limited is a software company based in Pune, India. We provide software development services, primarily in the space of dynamic web applications. We are primarily focused on Java technology, but we also have the capability to execute PHP and .Net projects. The strong IT Delivery experience acquired over fourteen years in the software industry by Ashish Belagali, Founder Director of the company, forms the foundation of the company's capabilities.

Our approach is based on the widely believed KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

Elegance and simplicity form the core of our design and code. We are mature enough to understand that issues like performance, scalability, usability and maintainability are more important than the zeal to produce a stunning application.

We follow an iterative model where in the deliverables are broken into major and minor iterations. Minor iterations are typically released on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. To start with, this gives the customers the advantage of greater visibility in to the progress of project. This also makes an individual iteration manageable.

The biggest advantage of our iterative approach is the flexibility it delivers. It minimizes the cost of corrections by following a short feedback incorporation cycle. It also makes mid-term course corrections (feed-forward) possible.

Ashish Belagali:
Ashish has done his graduation (1992) and post-graduation (1995) from the renowned IIT, Bombay. He has twelve years of experience in the software industry. He began his career by working on Chemical Engineering software and was later pulled into the mainstream software. He has performed various roles both on the technology and the project delivery streams, and has worked with teams both onsite and offshore. His last employment was with Deloitte where he got a good exposure to quality processes (CMM5) and consulting.
